Good day out - my first visit to Santa Pod (only spectated )

The lovely DBM was MikeeSingh's but it was me driving it home on the M1 while Mikee snored in the passenger seat!!

He was a bit pi$$ed off because we got to Santa Pod about 12.30 and he went to sign in only to be told that there were already 220 cars running and no room for any more (We thought it a bit strange though,that a guy who went up after us was given a place! )

We were a bit disappointed not to see a single scooby running!

It was our first time too but we'll definitely be going again and getting there early enough to run next time!

I'm gettin one of the Scoobynet stickers, and also standalone and stickers..

 

yeh saw the drag bike twice awesome times...6.6 1/4 and 203mph

i would also like to know were you are getting stickers from

 

The red WRX next to Rich's UK300 is mine.

 

Dr Lurve and I were also there in my white Escort Cossie (parked up in the pits) - B18 BHP. We wondered whose the UK300 was, as there aren't may about. Saw Mikee's cool reg on his DBM Scoob and also the other Scoobies, but no-one was with them at the time.

We also got there late and there were loads of people in the same boat regarding signing on. We stayed to the very end enjoying the sun and then went home via the back roads.

Will be looking out for you all at the next one.

 

i think everone's got to get there for around 9ish just to be certain of a place on the strip on aug 4th...

how about all scoobynetters parking up by the santa pod shop next time...get to know everyone then

 

Unfortunately we will be at Elvingdon on the 04 Aug for the "Top Ten" day. This will have the ten fastest cars from each club pitted against each other!

Supras, Skylines, Sunny GTiRs, Evos, Scoobies, Cossies, Vipers, RSTs etc. Will be a mental day.

hopefully this time we'll be showing what the scoobies can do. gutted that not one scobie was on the strip yesterday.

yea Santa Pod raceway. Was quite easy to find

 

Stealth20V, the dark blue scoob with the silver twinspokes is Mikeesingh's. The exhaust is an HKS Hiper which sounds lovely!!!

Be nice to park all the scoobs together in one place next time and to see a few on the strip! I know Mikee's dying to have a go!
