Well three threads in the three months all to do with tartification of my car.
Back on 27th of July this happened to the car.
![](http://upload.turbosport.co.uk/getpic.asp?File=2002722181052248723.jpg)
The a couple of weeks later it looked like this.
![](http://upload.turbosport.co.uk/getpic.asp?File=2002818183736140316.jpg)
After another visit to a rather well publised Nottingham based firm (TSL) this happened...

Hmmm brakes and spoiler!![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
The brakes are the new exclusive and branded TSL Hi-spec 6 pot brakes that are lighter than AP 4 pots (rotational weight savings) along with a new alloy bell and 330mm discs!

I like the spoiler ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I was very disappointed when I first saw the new shape's standard spoiler and the high level risers some folks have don't do much to improve it's looks
(IMHO, of course
)

Thanks for the positive comments.
The spoiler is now in the fuel saving level poisiton!![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Trouser you are right... two people plenty of hours. Lindsay was really amused with the safety cables being attached.
It must be said it looks as good as it does thanks to the paint shop and the very high standards of the Tarting Yoda (to borrow an expression) Lindsay.
Oh the brakes are bedding in now!!

Andy, No the rear diffuser is on order at the moment. I think the grill is in now!![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
The install is so neat you can't actually see very much, I know you had reservations but Bannings have done a really IMO good job. They even managed to put up with me getting confused between power and the signal cable at one point!![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
I will take pictures of the boot but to be honest you are more likely to see them before the pictures could be posted.
The 6x9 in the parcel shelf are stealth mounted so they are not visible at all from the outside.
In the boot you can see them... as DrEvil said "They are quite large". The amps are nicely mounted and the cable taken quickly away through to the seats.
The brakes are pretty much bedded in now... strong is understating them. I am relearning how to brake, the ABS is very quick to kick in, in certain circumstances. They are lighter than the AP 4 pots as well!

About time the spoiler went on!![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
UM! proper brakes (rough price please could be tempted)![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
With hindsight would you not have been better spending the money on a nice EVO instead.![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Seriously though are you game enough to put up a total cost so far, must be scary?

Peter -
![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
For prices you should really contact Paul... he would probably have a running total so far.
I am guessing I have spent the thick end of £7k thank fully the body mods have two bits left!![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Tints are indeed on the cards, actually I have already worked out the percentage of tiniting I would like.
I am quite have with the interior although gauges are going to be going in at some point.
No I would not have been better off with an EVO, my cars has done 38k miles so it would have been getting serviced every couple off weeks... it is bad enough as it is!
