Question

Cool. Does it come with the badge mounting or is that bolted through the mesh? Could be quite keen in one if it is badgeless

The bumper and splitter came of a genuine P1...! i bought it off scoobynet from a guy called alan bell, it was £230 all in... painting would be about £130+..

The fog covers came from a guy on here called mikee singh they where £25 and i painted them myself with spray cans, i also sprayed the grill myself to...!!

The grill if from fundimental aka derek..! it was £45..

Dan and Ali G, the same thing might have happened to you as did me,i got a grill from derek and he hadn't cut away the centre bit, in the picture its cut away but on mine it wasn't and the bonnet wouldn't close, it just that centre bit, he said to me he leaves it in until the mesh is fitted, but forgot to cut it out, i cut it away with a saw and it fitted perfectly, its the bonnet catch that hits it but when the centre is cut away the catch has room, did you actually contact him when it was sent to you or try to figure it out yourself, i got mine last week and was fitted in about 10 minutes, dan you've cut a lot of the top off when there was no need i hope you never test my blood!!

I got one of these fron Derek too. Sems a popular choice. Mine has a centre badge mount too. Hope I don't have to mod it too much to get it to fit though. Just in the middle of spraying mine. I'll post some pics when it's done.

Unhappy

Yeah I have tried to fit mine also and it seams to be the whole front of the bonnet that is hitting the top of the grill to be honest I cant see how it could possibly fit with out major mods like dan has done. It looks to me that this is a copy of a STi 6 grill with ONLY the sides round the lights changed, but the top section the same. If you look on the later bonnets the bonnet itself goes up leaving a bigger gap than on the earlier bonnets. Hence the lack of clerance

Oak you got any close ups with the bonnet open and almost colse so I can see it fitted

I am currently in contact with Derek at themoment to resolve this I will post any results

Ali G
