Fr's are full 378*32mm
Sorry can't give costs of Adrian's kit, was done as a 1off for a mate (who is a complete tart) wanting the biggest discs under his surprisingly restrictive 18"prodrives. For comparison though:
400*36 Fronts with twin calipers(8pot/4pad)and 376*28 Rears with 4pots £3.5K (Min'19")
378*32Fr / 376*28 Rr, all 4pots £3K.

I would like to think they'd work when they'd cost the average punter that amount of cash. The poor little caliper looks like a midget compared to those big massive disks but then those are bigger than big ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

the kits are supplied for front and rear and keep the same brake force front to rear about 78%front and 22% rear the pots size is far larger than the normal scooby 4 pots fronts are fully floating discs. have found that a full braking the back no longer goes light. belive Stuart is working on a kit for 16" wheels also

Yes there tiny calipers, weighing 25% of a scooby 4pot!
The caliper is more exposed on this 378 D55 disc because they share a 240mm PCD bell used for the 348 discs req'd to fit under std P1 wheels so someone can use his 17"slicks.
Small calipers, but (0.4 mu from cold) road pads do all the work! With track pads & slicks, these calipers cope. I wouldn't put out-of-the-box Wilwood calipers on a push bike, only pistons & seals are left std.
Less weight transfer with a rear setup leaves less overloaded front tyres to do more work. I prefer my 326Fr&Rr 16" kit over just 378 Fronts!
