And a few more.... Sorry they're not the best but the only disposable camera at Fleet Services (M3) was an underwater one with no flash!

Silly questions, I know, but I'm still learning!

What blue is this last one? Is it available on UK spec scoobies?

This is the colour I want mine in but have a feeling it is an import colour

Sonic Blue, paint code 74F BTW its a 22B and a Type UK one too, one of only 14 ever produced

You cant get standard UK cars in that colour other than the Terzo (MY98 i think) you can get them that colour from Europe though, or could !

Not sure if your last picture is my last picture but that looks like Deep Blue Mica to me, which is standard UK colour? I have 99 WRX RA in sonic blue 74F which is also same colour code as 22B and P1.

Sorry! I've just gone back to the thread to check and more piccies appeared. Yes, it is sonic blue 74F though I've never seen UK/EU in this colour other than Terzo?

Nice Pictures guys, shame I couldn't make it.

Anyone know what the wheels on the UK22b are they look brilliant. Also what is the significance with PLATINUM on the front no. plates?

18" compomotive Mo's.

Not sure on the significance of Platinum...must be the hire car compnay ronnie works/worked for that supplied the Delta/Elise etc... Isn't that fcucksters car though?
-those carbon headlamp protectors are a dead giveaway

Bang on there Nito, tis the Chuckster's motor and they are 8X18et45 compo MO's. You can get the 8X18's onto a standard scoob too, I guess you'd just need to match the offset with the P1 18's. It was a fun meet, varied turnout, no Nito, what more can you want from a meet?
Brrrrmmmm

Thats right, its my new company . I have decided to go it alone after leaving Holiday Autos and have formed Platinum Car Hire. These were a few of the cars that are available and just a few to show off, the 22b was in fact Chucks, those wheels and the P1 with Platinum was also DR Evils (thanks chuck and Alex and also to Neil Smalley for helping shift cars about )
Both these Imprezas are for rent (not chucks and Alexs) and also we have some MY 01s coming in March on the fleet, ugly they may be but they should grow on us all

Anyone who would like any details on the cars feel free to drop me a mail, the current hit list is quiet impressive and we are also getting a Z8 by the 1st of March...which really could be a seller, its not a bad car evidentally Thanks for your kind comments from all well wishers, it means a lot.

The quays meet really is becoming a massive meet on the scoobynet scene. It has taken off since Alex/Jo took over organising the meet and actually he seems to do a pretty good job putting the finer touches together and following them through. I think IMHO that the meet is by far the most popular in the country and the fact that the pub is kind to kids is great. I was so frantically busy chatting to people that some must of got forfotten, I know who you are and next time the beers are on me.

It went from a meeting of say 10-15 people in fleet at a pub that was not to clever with the food aspect and kids and that... something that the quays offers well above normal standards. In the summer this pub really really rocks. It has a watersports lake and I am sure some of you would love to get out on a Jetski or get the kids that can swim out on a banana boat. They do a fantastic BBQ and all sorts so roll on those long summer sunday nights.

A massive thanks to Alex/Jo and good to see you all again, it would be great if the Bagshot beer night was resurected and hoepfully we can disuade Alex from parting with his P1

Regards
RonnieH

Top pics guys, Gussie I see you got plenty of yours, glad I parked next to you now. You even airbrushed out the mud up the side.

I thought the underwater camera was on rather appropriate what with the weather.
Great to meet so many more faces. Can't wait for the next one, hopefully with the better the RC cars may get a run or two.

Iain.

I've got a few pics for you but don't know how to put it on scoobynet. They're in jpg format, can you tell me how it's done?

Where can you get the carbon headlamp covers from?

I'm thinking about getting the Morisette Twin Headlamps and need something that makes the sidelights and twin lights look as though it's one unit, rather than two separates.

Yes I know - how vain?

The c/f headlamp protectors are from any UK subaru dealer for something like £35ish.
I have gone off them massively now though and want the plain jane ones. So I'll be flogging mine as soon as I get me finger out and buy some new ones.

If anyone has any pictures that they would like added onto the Quays meet website.

Please email them to Rob@clubsubaru.com & I'll put them on there.
Don't worry about editing out number plates as I will do that prior to uploading them.

Cheers,
Rob

Hi Scott. No reason 'cept changing taste. Now I've got the colourless indicators and side repeaters I'm just thinking a cleaner look all round wud be good. Next week I'll probably be sick of the car and be rushing out for an Evo anyway ... hmmmm maybe not though
