Front grill is a one off made by Col stone a fellow scooby netter.
Here we go then
A closed deck block
new crank
polished and ported heads
diesel liners
grp A cosworth pistons and rods
480cc injectors may need bigger!
ported headers, exhaust wrapped
h&s up pipe
samco hoses
uk gearbox /uprated clutch
So 9 weeks on, I got the engine last Tuesday but whilst the car has been of the road it hasn't stopped there, I have also managed to get hold of the following which was fitted yesterday.
A full set of cusco braces, top and bottom, front and rears
Tanabe susspec RR coilovers
full set of defi gauges
Cusco catch tank
quickshift
STI rear lights
smoke front indicators
forge header tank
Oh and not forgetting the link ecu being fitted by Bob (BRD) on the 5th of April
power output I guess I will have to wait for the next local RR, Maffa pull your finger out mate, end of April is good for me!
I would like to thank Mark Aigen, Danny Fisher, Bob/Branko (BRD) Mike Rivett for all your advice and knowledge.
Maffa,Kev95wrx and Dyney for putting up with me moaning 24/7 that I haven't got my car
Gossy, Toby, scoobyjawa, Danny and others from this bbs that have helped empty my bank account
I'm smiling again
Bryan

I think your neighbours are gonna hate you coz with all that porting, up-pipe etc... your car is LOUD!!! Watch out Mark coz you've got competition Also when driving behind you the other day the body roll on your car is...well...non existent!!!! I ain't gonna try & take you round any bends Coilovers for me next
Oh & side repeaters don't make the car go any quicker which is why I aint bothered doing mine £20 better spent towards "go faster" stuff IMHO

I'll see what I can do with regards to the side repeaters.
Body roll what's that When we go to the east sussex meet I want to go through the tunnel, I haven't had the DV go whoosh yet, not driven on boost, I'm sure by the weekend I would have covered 500 miles and carried out the first oil change.

Defi's are in and working, WOW, I'll get a couple of pictures of them in the J-spec A pillar.
Toby - I'll pop round Thursday or Friday....
Neil I'll see you tomorrow fella, I haven't a clue what you look like or where I'm going.
Maffa if you weren't out with the girlies tomorrow we could go to the meet together. Polished that car yet? not a bad CD at all !!!

LOL!! Dead easy to find, follow the main road from Bracknell to Maidenhead, (A3095) you'll pass a garden centre on the right, shortly after a pub on left, keep going about another 100 yards, top of the crest on the right is the pub, its set back from the road
Well, I'm about 6ft, short black hair, my hobbies include cars, beer......... (hmmm, think that narrows it down to about most people in the pub then )
See ya later

LOL @ Pete
Nice to meet you Neil.
Iain - side repeaters ordered and on route.
Had the car back a week and covered 800 miles, I'm on target I think. (nothing over 3500 rpm now)
and it's been cleaned 3 times in one week looking very clean indeed.

Cheers Scott, Had a real ****e day today, a bolt has sheared on the tensioner for the cambelt and there was a big bang. Dont know what the damage is yet but if it is as bad as the AA man said it could be the car is up for sale/break and I'll go back to two wheels.
