Scooby vs Type-R
#6
I've got another clip for you to see, it's me in my almost original Scooby GT (I only have a GGR 57i K&N) vs another Impreza with a Blitz air filter and Blitz backbox. I was not sure if I should race against him but decided to do it anyways to see the difference, but....check it out (mine is the one closer to the camera man, the one with the gold alloys)

Thought i would stick me pennies worth in.
1/4 mile - 0-60 (usually) you should whip and FWD drive car, 225BHP + no doubt against 185BHP hmm, strange contest.
To launch an ITR is quite difficult. Again driver ability comes in.
Standard ITR V Standard Scooby on Track ????
if we are gonna start mines better than yours discussion.
That would be an intresting video.
I will put the obligatory flame suit on, but i thought someone should stick up for us Honda drivers.
PS:- ITR did get a good whippin though, should have done better.

this was all done in a friendly manner, the guy driving the Type-R is a very good friend of mine and he even posted this same video on the superhonda board. This was all done for the fun of it and was not supposed to be a contest in who has the bigger p***s. Both cars are standards so it was a fair game, and he asked me to race. Personally I think the type-r is one of the best cars here in Iceland and by far the best handling front wheel drive car in the world.

hello, I am the owner of the Integra in the video, I´m not here to makes excuses but that was a terrible launch I made, I did better against the Blitz Impreza. The ITR is pain to launch do to the high revs and front wheel drive but man, I LOVE taking corners in it!

Its pretty obvious the integra got a pants start, I dont deny the scoob probably would have him anyway - but in this case more of a driver error. If it had been good starts all round I think it might have been a bit nearer.
