She's a big girl, isn't she

[I think some people with modems might be a bit miffed at the size of the photos...]

Question

What exactly might the rear wing model be? Looks nice

My std MY00GT wing was nicked on a parking lot a few weeks back, and I just got a new one... in case someone will steal another from me, I'm gonna try if any other models would suite worse for the thieves.

I just wonder there all these stolen wings go - I mean, c'mon! There are no more than 30 Impreza GTs and hardly more than a hundred GLs in Finland. A item that rare should be easy to locate. Unless they all go to Estonia and Russia...

The thing I love in the std wing is the ultra-bright brake light. Other wings don't come even close - or do they?

I think you'll find it's a Prodrive WRSport rear wing, judging by the Prodrive logo on the side

Cheers for all the comments, I have spent a lot of time and expense on her...some would say a real enthusiast (a dieing breed I have been lead to believe, so get mod'in you lot!)...here are few mod's that you can't see (trust me when I say, that the full list of mod's is not for my REAL other half to see ) :

HKS replacement panel filter
HKS Iridium spark plugs x4
IHI VF 23 Turbocharger
POSSUM link ECU incl. Lambda and knock link
SAMCO Hoses - Turbo inlet hose kit and Intercooler hose kit
Unique Airbox to Turbo inlet hose setup 80mm bore (no MAF)
SCOOBYSPORT Full Stainless Steel exhaust system

Mojo, they are 'Prodrive PD7s' by Speedline.

FASTER MIKE!!, is use AutoGlym Car Body Shampoo! as used by the professionals. Although I have been meaning to get round to some WAXWIZARD but not sure if I have the time to wax etc.

RB5SCOTT, you and I both know that your UK300 (PPP) is not slow especially with the other tickles you have done . I am at BRdevelopments on Saturday for a fine tune on my Link, as I have now breathed on her a bit more but she does feel a wee bit sluggish at the mo...

Scooby-Duke, I will try and make it and poss. bring some other clowns. This is of course missus permitting....we are still waiting for junior to pop out so I might not make it...

Ari Fernelius, it is a Prodrive WRC spoiler, F**king expensive but she's worth it

Jacko.

Jacko-Your car looks fab mate. I've never such such a clean car...do you take it in to the bath with you...?!
Those Prodrive/Speedline wheels are the best ones I've seen. Are they the 17's?

Hi Gareth, yes, they are the 17" Prodrive PD7's by Speedline. The Car came with Team Dynamics Monza's 17" in Silver but they were a bit shabby and I didn't like the centre caps.
I then went for some OZ SuperT Evolutions but didn't like the Gold on Silver look do I got them dipped Anthracite.
In the end I decided I liked Silver best on a Silver Car so I hunted around for some easy to clean, good looking strong wheels.....viola PD7's

Fine looker you got there Jacko

Did you colour code it?
Mine's gagging for it's bits to be sprayed
I'm a bit worried that it'll chip off though

Can you tell me how much you paid for the spoiler? Mail me if you want..
Cheers

John

I loooove the Prodrive spoiler. I would like to know how much they are (painted) also.

Would you mind finding out/telling me how high the spoiler sits from the boot lid please.

Car looks lovely.

Hi dudes,
The Prodrive spoiler can be obtained from any official Scoob dealership and are approx. £500 ex. painting.
I got mine sprayed when I had the rest colour coded, so I would not hazard a guess to how much to do it on it's own.
She is very tidy with only stone chips on the bonnet and one ickle one on the side.
After my fine tune session with Bob Rawle on Sat, she is flying...Don't know what she is putting out but I get the impression that Bob is more than happy with her performance compared to others. Quicker than most UK's but not as quick as some. Still scope for more too, still no detting even running beyond STi advanced timing, running beyond 1.2Bar boost and she's been leaned out a little.
Come' on Andy Tang/Danny Fisher/Trout, etc give me some more advice...
Next mod's may be better TOP mount intercooler (Sti5/6), Link water spray and maybe bigger injectors (depending whether I max out my duty cycle). Can't be ar5ed with Front mount intercooler and water injection is not really advisable unless you suffer severe detting.
I may as well have bought an STi...mmmm maybe an STi 3/5 lump is next???? Jacko.

I think you're looking about 11.5 to 12" from the boot, so about twice the height of the standard high level, and 6 times the height of the low level

I'm looking at the sti6 from DRM, seems a popular choice and i've heard nothing but praise on here for the quality and level of service they offer...

Thanks Mega.

I can't decide between the DRM 22B or STi. I am worried that the STi might look to high as I have only 16 inch wheels. Then again I have the 16 inch gold STi wheels and the STi has the STi wing! So maybe I have just talked myself in to getting that one. ANy thoughts?

The new TSL one looks lovely but will be a little more expensive.

I think its gonna be the sti6 for me, DRM are doing a good price on that at the mo' aswell

Probably gonna be the end of Sept I order mine, just bought a Nikon Digicam this month Keep us posted what u decide m8

Cheers
