sorry you locked the post before had the time to reply.
Josh L:
Thanks for taking the time to explain, but long term un-written rules to Scoobynet are best made clear to all.
I did not know this was a rule, as I am a relatively new member.
I think that this rule is fair, but in fairness it should be made clearer to all.
Please make it so, captain![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

I have just had a look around the site and would like to ask your view.
I have noted part Indexes, what is the policy on this?
if it is OK what numbers letters can be in view.
Also links are posted to private sites; I noted part indexes on one
this is not strictly a Scoobynet hosted posting.
Please delete and enforce.

I am a bit confused. I can understand that you might feel that blanking out a plate when you upload a pic is the rules but this was a pic which has been linked from another website so its already on public view. Clarification please Josh

The pic wasn't RB170s to edit
??: it was linked from elsewhere on the net. Is he supposed to hack their site, alter the picture and cover his tracks
??:
Sure it wasnt anything to do with the URL![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)

But what's the point, if someone's already posted the pic on another site it's freely available and it being freely available here makes no differrence. Unless of course the owner of the car complains.
