Isn't that the Lambo that I see in Staffordshire all the time?
Recognise the number plate - fecking gorgeous motor and I've seen that F40 around here too!!
Fancy a swap for my scoob, didn't think so.
Skoosh.

John you b*stard, I was there on Sunday (yesterday), saw the F40 and the lambo parked up outside around 2:30ish, assumed the two cars had been out for a little play together - didn't realise it was you!!! If I'd known I'd have said hi.
Saw the bloke in the Roller with the Bentley wheels pull up for a chat, so I kept walking instead of stopping and licking the F40 clean.
Ah well......

Fantastic day ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
great to see so many nice cars in one place. There were so many 355 and 360 models it was a bit boring. The highlights of the day were.
1. F40, F50 and Enzo all parked in a row
2. Lovely Dino parked all by itself
3. Watching johns buddies driving away in the Lambo and F40 - wish I had been closer john.
4. Listening to a stream of 360s healing and toeing down the gears as they approached redgates after a blast down the pit straight.
5. Knowing our road legal westi can Lap dono quicker than the F360 Challenge race car![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
I did however miss the F1 car out on track - but I heard it was being driven casually (i.e. 13 or so seconds off its true lap times)
I have to say I took my daughter along with me and she really enjoyed it - a budding little female petrol head (but then shes used to going round dono in our cars anyway).
Great Day.
Ian.

Hi Ian, the F40/Lambo together on the roads outside donington was sureal really, how often does that combination happen? There should have been an F50 with them too, but he ended up going on the Saturday.
I must admit to chuckling to myself about the pace those race Ferraris were going compared to the westie and my STi, my STi would have won the Pre 1990 race outright still on road tyres, which really is bizzare when you think about it.
The westie would have done really well in the historic F1/F5000 race, thats pretty daft too!
