Nice pics Bob
Have you tried using a polarizing filter to get rid of the glare from the windscreens, it also "calms" down those pescy white cars I think white should be a banned colour for Rally cars

Theres nowt rong with them fotos Bob. Your way too much of a perfectionist
Mark, the stage was Kimmergamme 1 about a mile before the jump that took out Hughes. Its the one on the front of programme that he jumped last year and nose dived on landing.
Got it wrong this year though.
We never saw any crashes this year just the aftermath of some of em.
Looking forward to next years already.... sad or what eh
Still, we're planning to do Rally Sweden in 04 so that'll be something to think about from now on.
Bob - your pictures are cool mate and I hope you have a better day today.
Ste.

Yeah, what he said!
Ste, you're too kind! These were the barely passable ones out of 36, there's some truely abmismal ones in there! I took both rolls home last night and forgot to fetch em today, you'll have to wait for the watersplash ones
I wanted to do the McCrae stages but I really can't afford it I think the next one for me is the Trackrod and that's ages away
Graham, I thought about a polarising filter, it looked confusing though....different rotations and stuff, I'd consider summat I could just whack on and forget about I have a UV filter fitted btw
Thanks for all your comments guys

Hey Bob,
Hope you don't think I was having a pop at your pics, I'm in no position to judge. Your framing of shots is excellent.
It was just something that I found a problem with (glare on windscreens) so I thought I'd mention what I had used to overcome the problem.
Cheers,
Grahame.

Oh no, not at all Graham I apreciate all the comments I get about my pics
My Dad lent me his filter, it looked waaay confusing It did one thing one way up and summat completely different if you turned it 90°, I don't think I could get my head round it, what with the lens turning to focus, like I said, if I could whack it on and forget about it like the UV filter I'd give it a whirl
I've only being doing photography since January so any comments are more than welcome
Cheers!
