They are unusual, and individual, but not my cup of tea sorry.

As for the rear light clusters - I do like them - where did you get them? I want those style blacked out ones for my wagon.

Wink

Jeezars I used to have mudflaps like that on my Grifter

Can you fold them in to make a cool noise when the wheels turn.

Foxmod,

they are from Grade A Subaru. £60+vat.

Sulli,

my rear clusters are simply painted black over the orange bits... cheap, easy and effective!

Mega Stream,

the noise is superb, I'm actually thinking about reverting to standard exhaust, induction and dump valve to quiten the engine so I can hear them better!

Talizman, with the way they're attached, don't you end up with big gaps between the flap and the back of the wheelarch liner, and a clearance problem when the front wheels are on lock?

Not commenting on the aesthetics, just seems as though the way they're fitted would cause problems...?

can i just ask a question not related to your flaps?!!

how come your airial comes out of your rear panel and not above the driver's door??? never noticed it before on any scoob.

your rear clusters look superb, got a dbm turbo myself and have been wanting to do it for a while. now i've seen yours it's going ahead

flaps look ok, not my cuppa though.

gav..

Greasemonkey,

No clearance problems at all, and that with 18's...
They are fitted with self tappers just now while I decide if I'm gonna keep em on or not!

Scoobygav,

most JDM WRX and STI's have an electric quarter panel mounted aerial, so I aquired one and installed it in my UK MY00.
Much better than the manual "A" post cr@p!

I deliberated foir ages whether I should spend £300 on red/clear STI clusters, then I went and bought a £3 can of paint and sprayed them! Result.

If you are interested in fitting an aerial, I'll be putting a "how-to" on my site very soon.

Self tappers? Hmm...ok at the back into plastic, but what have you screwed them into at the front?

Manny, I take it that £20 was for a pair?

When you consider that "Genuine" STi ones are over £200 for a set of 4, these ones at £60 don't seem too bad.

Its a bit like, black pants, black shoes, and white socks.

Nice car, nice wheels, not so nice flaps.

Sorry mate, not my cup of tea either.

They distract too much from the car. I can't actually take my eyes of them as they are that LOUD!!

Colour coded, or slightly off......

I feel a bit like Simon from Pop Idol, but to be brutally honest they look crap and ruin a perfectly good looking car.
