That's not the petrol cap, that's the extremely rare dive brake option. There's another one on the other side of the car, it just doesn't show in that picture. At 100 mph they can produce -24 hp.

Yeah, I've just fitted an JDM EJ20D (naturally aspirated EJ20 DOHC engine with 150 bhp) to my Legacy last weekend. It's no turbo but performance is not bad. Easily keeps up with brand new Alfa 156 2.0 TS of a friend of mine. He's not happy. We was angry after we did a few nice corners.
