Cool

After an excellent weekend up North I have a few didgi pics to stick up.

Sorry none of Knockhill itself yet as we were not there long and most of those were on proper film.

Nah, 'Norf' would imply I wuz fram sarf o'Watford gavna, which I aint

I know its not exactly North to you lot, in fact we spent a day in Galloway Forest which is postitively Southern I guess Nairn is the Scottish 'East Midlands' then?

But 1300 miles is long enough for 4 days, we did have to stop to take pics, eat and sleep you know

When you do go you must go via the road where the last two shots are, it can just be seen to the left of the white house

We did a few other nice roads too

If you need any recomendations drop me an email

If you cant quite get the feel of the first one, save it and display it full screen for a few minutes and you will start to see more

Couldn't get much further North than Durness when I had a drive up in August

Balnakeil bay, quite unexpected on the north coast

You should have taken your compatriot along to improve his geographical knowledge How you managed to get a picture there on a sunny day is beyond me especially as it doesn't appear to be blowing a howling gale

Most northernly I have from this year: (notice the normal summer weather )

Into the corner...

I happened to be 'up north' the week of the heatwave this year LOL. 30 degrees in Durness, mediterranean blue sky, silky soft sand... I could hardly believe I was in Scotland
Favourite pics so far have to be the ones CharlieW took of the glassy loch with the crystal clear reflections They provoke memories of the excellent drive around it
