I love the looks of the RS but it should be no match for the sti.
Mirror to mirror the Focus is wider than Mondeo's, Rover 75's and X Type Jag's.
They are bigger than they look.

I actually like the RS, but then I am known to like Escort Cossies quite a bit. Would I go for an RS, dunno, maybe, but to be honest, I'd want a proper RS, in other words, cossie powered engine and AWD, then I think we'd maybe see a fairer contest.

Personal opinion....
Ur STi looks even better than it already is with the RS Alloys....
Both great cars but the STi wins hands down Performance wise that is...
In looks territory unfortunately its the RS for me
There now both bros are smiling LOL

YUK! !!
Talizman ur rite those alloys on the STi really do require a revamp to say the least. Its a shame that Subaru dont have that good a taste in alloys as they do in makin their legendary beast

I know what you mean about the standard alloys - but i'd rather spend the money on PPP, Springs and Sounds.
I prefer the get the job done looks of the STI rather than the pretty-boy RS.
I bought it for the beast not the beauty

I have to agree with Markus. The STi is cool, but the thought of a turbocharged 4WD Focus RS is awesome. I'd probably have one by now if they made them
Cheers

If I had to choose the sub would come out on tops, thats just too much cash for a focus even though they look great its just that you'd expect better performance figures from a £20k plus car. I suppose round a track is where the focus would come out on top.
