I like the pictures - You were obviously in the stand

Are they posted straight from the camera, or have you adjusted them in any way? I only ask due to the lack of detail in the darker areas. The black point seems to be quite high up the scale.

What camera are you using to take the pictures?

The Black one by the Maguires stand was my son's. We arrived and the guy on the gate said "here you go m8 that can go on the best of show stand" If nothing else that meant we got to park next to the grand stand.....

All the best

The pics are straight from the camera adjusted for size & res using photoshop for posting on the web. The originals are 1600x1200 pixels Hi Res jpeg.
The camara is an Olympus C-2020-Z

For example, the detail of the picture of the engine seems to get lost where it is darker. it would just finish things off nicely if you were to just adjust the pics slightly, seeing as you've gone to quite an effort to put them on the web.

When working on pictures for the web, I normally.....

Unsharp mask on the picture - about 50-60% and threshold of .8-1.0 pixels.
Adjust Levels Manually (Ctrl-L)
Adjust Curves slightly to achieve the best screen picture.

Obviously you need completely different settings for printing them out.
