Thanks guys. Camera is a digital, Canon 10D with 70-200 f2.8 IS L lens.
A few more, I couldn't resist

Looks like about 1/125th with whatever aperture is needed for the light conditions - right?

Yep Andy is spot on 1/125 and as he says whatever aperture the clever little camera decides I have enough to do with trying to pan

these 2 were taken at 1/60 I was feeling brave but to my amazement they worked out OK.
Practice Practice Pratice If you ever hear anyone talking to themselves saying these words out on a rally / event it'll only be little old me
