Doesnt look to bad from a repairing it prospective
airbags will be a pain to find though
suspension bits shouldnt be to bad may even be relativly cheep new
go for a new genuine wing though they always fit better (or mint genuine secondhand)
unless insurance is paying then you have no problems

Hi,
Just had a letter from my solicitor's that the 3rd party has admitted fault.
Car has been inspected and the car is a write off and it will be a cat b,is there anyway around this, so i can repair the car and drive it.

Unfortunately Cat B is classed as non Repairable, so no putting it back on the road i'm afraid. I had the same thing when i wrote of my last car.
I dont no where i heard about this but was this the crash with the Drunk third party who hit the kurb before hitting you??

A write off?!?! bloody hell? how? Those cars are worth £40k new at least, damage doesn't look that bad?! 8K max? even with depreciation the car is worth a hell of alot more that that? Dunno how it is a write off unless a **** load of chassis damage?

Valued the car at 31K and the car damaged is worth 5K.

but uk300 why dont you write the car off and buy it back and repair it with the money the insurance gives you for it. 1 you'l still have your skyline. 2 you'll have a wod of cash aswell can't be that bad can it
