Doesnt look to bad from a repairing it prospective
airbags will be a pain to find though

suspension bits shouldnt be to bad may even be relativly cheep new
go for a new genuine wing though they always fit better (or mint genuine secondhand)

unless insurance is paying then you have no problems

Hi,

Just had a letter from my solicitor's that the 3rd party has admitted fault.

Car has been inspected and the car is a write off and it will be a cat b,is there anyway around this, so i can repair the car and drive it.

Unfortunately Cat B is classed as non Repairable, so no putting it back on the road i'm afraid. I had the same thing when i wrote of my last car.

I dont no where i heard about this but was this the crash with the Drunk third party who hit the kurb before hitting you??

A write off?!?! bloody hell? how? Those cars are worth £40k new at least, damage doesn't look that bad?! 8K max? even with depreciation the car is worth a hell of alot more that that? Dunno how it is a write off unless a **** load of chassis damage?

Well on the engineers report it said the car would have to be re shelled and as there are only 80 vehicles in the uk (uk supplied) it would be impossible to get a shell for it.

Valued the car at 31K and the car damaged is worth 5K.

Not entirely sure.. we don't know to much details..

All we know is that there were no other cars involved and he crashed into a few trees!

No idea whether it was wet or not. He had a R33 GTS-T.. running about 400bhp!
