You should paint it UNLESS you have an unpainted carbon bonnet as well imo.

Looks out of place otherwise.

The top and bottom are from sepaerate moulds and the fit is pretty poor. Also mine had chips in but this is explained when you order one its upto you to sort. Not to bad if you know a good sprayer luckily i do

Looks good on there, have you got a pic of the full car?
I was looking at the SG BODYWORCS one, all carbon, and also thier bonnet.
How much was yours, after the cost of fitting ect?
chris.

but what would have happened if you'd just left it carbon, would it have looked any good?
as you say you need to know a good painter, no luckily i don't

A couple of poins here.
1.. Im a fussy b*****
2.. In my opinion it wouldnt have looked right just bolted on its a big slab of Carbon
3.. The joins in the spoiler touched in some places and not others so looked pants. It may well be possible to sand it down to fit but what if the Gel coat chipped it was not a risk i was prepared to take. Im happy with the end result but it has cost me even though im pally with a top sprayer. Nearly £600 all in i spose.
Hope this helps one other point it only has 4 mounting bolts so you need to sort some others out as the Version 6 spoiler that came off had around 10.
Food for thought.
