Well I finally got around to it, after removing the SUBARU lettering off my bootlid I went with SCOOBY letters for a while then when they started to tarnish I removed them completely and had a bare boot.
I felt something was needed to break up the space and decided to try a few 555 letters..... they did have the swoosh on them but it just looked a little to much so I decided to just go with the 555.... These are just a couple of quick pics for the minute and I have also put 555 on the ends of the spoiler but no pics of those just yet.

What do you think team ?

Rather than have the full on in your face stickers I just wanted something a little more subtle... I think they break the space up quite well

Cheers SCOOBY MAD..... That's what I am trying to achieve, the boot needs something but I prefer to try and keep it low key rather than in your face, I did have the swoosh on there but felt it was just a little to much for what I wanted.

The good thing about having just a few subtle one's are every now and then you can renew them or change the design if something else catches the eye.
I quite like the large "s" that you see on some of them but for now I'll stick with the 555 design and see how it develops.

I'm about 2" away from the wall..... don't panic it's not very often I reverse in I'm normally pointing forwards !!
Solberg has the pig on his mirror, some sort of a good luck charm I think,
I'm sure someone will enlighten us

Hey Si !!!! How are you matey ? I'll have to run down over xmas if your about, I'll drop you a mail to see when your in... how are those new discs performing now they have settled in ?

Ok I'll make a deal with the lot of you I'll be home early on Christmas eve in the daylight and I'll back the motor up the drive and take a picture of the gap and not the car Then I'll get the tape measure out and let you know the distance lol.... If I reverse in I need to be close because there is a brick pillor in the way and I can't get out of the door !!! normally I drive in forwards

Not too bad mate....I will be away Snowboarding for 5 days from xmas eve mate so will have to catch up after then.

Discs are bedded in nice now, they have caught me out a few times in the wet, as you only need to touch them and your locked up!!.....I do miss ABS sometime
