Thumbs up Origin B2 install

This is what i spent Christmas day doing and I'll like to say a big thank you to Jaycee for supplying the unit.
Rob from the Coventry scooby meet for showing me how to run the wires.
Chiark for his great website.
Andy for sending photos of his B2 install.

This is all the stuff I got with the kit. Origin B2 unit, laser detector, antenna, solvent wipe, adhesive pad, cradle, allen key, cig lighter power supply, download cable (in house), 240v power supply, CD and user manual.

Check out the size of this baby. BTW my AA membership has gone bye bye.

Ran the antenna cable down this channel to the parcel shelf

B2 on the dash. Not to low down and not on top of the dash for the coppers to see The "0" on the screen is the speedo. thank god its not moving or i'll end up in to the wall.

All the talk about banning the laser detectors next year but GPS being ok. All I can say is "What laser detector?"

Might explain it then..
I've not updated mine since I bought the thing.. was waiting to "go somewhere" first and then start my free 6 months updates from there.
Ended up not going anywhere so probably lost all my entitlements now.

From the menu, go into "general" then scroll down to "speedo" the default setting is"No", just change it to "yes"

Looks good Ray. I was lazy and got mine installed by Huets in Hove! First class service though.
