Does anyone have pics of classic Imprezas without sideskirts?
I'm here in the states and I have the base model which has no sideskirts.
Like this WRX type RA

Hi DRB
Yes its still sporting the black side skirts, are they easy to remove, cause without them your motor looks wicked.
Mine is a 93 build WRX-RA and its in real fine nick inside & out, plus underneath is still like new.
The look I'm trying to achieve is not far from it's original look, standard light lenses, lower rear spoiler but not the real low type, though I'm not sure if id'e like to have the high level type, but then which one...
The wheels are Fox 17" five spoke, 'bit Mcdonald car park ish' so off they went on Saturday to be coated Matt Black, I think black wheels on a white motor looks trick, plus I'm also going to fit red mudflaps.
I have a set of 315mm Ap's still to fit, and want to put some group N disc's on the rear.
The plan is to use it for hill climb or sprint work, after the engine & other work carried out last year it's now fairly brisk. it was planned to be this year but I feel it's very probably going to be next year now cause of cost.
Boy's and their Toys hey.....

^^^ your car is a sleeper
You guys are lucky across the pond. Over here in the states we have to either turbocharge the non-turbo engines or buy and install turbo motors.
I'm hoping for a USDM WRX drivetrain sometime this year or next year.

People around here get JDM motors all the time, its just an emission issue for me. Id rather just go get tested and not have a problem than getting a work order to repair everything.
