Yep the scoob is indicating, the shot doesn't show it though, damnnnn. It sounded and looked 100% like a standard cooper too. Made me chuckle, David and fat boy Goliath ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Car is fine again aggs. It turned out it was a terminal connection on the starter motor, which I couldnt see to check as I needed to be under the car to get to it.
The old girl was back lapping again on Monday when it was very very clear.
That one had to sit in a queue for 5 mins so naturally it caught fire![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Gary
A common problem with the 205 I believe, I pulled up relieved to have made it back for the last Ferry on Sunday night.(In wee small hours and looking forward to last 140 miles)
I was asked to pull the car forward 10 yards. "no start".
I got a push forward and was peeved that after so many miles the old girl was playing up with end in sight.
I rocked the car in gear and wobbled a few terminals and crosed my fingers for loading time.
She started ok and got home no problems having covered 1100 miles in 48hrs.
She did me proud and more of an adventure than with the Scooby.
Might treat her to some fresh oil.
Just watched your sub 9 min video and been trying to see what gear you were in,looks easy on video,I need more practice!!!!

DW my camera is nothing special just a fujifilm S5500, got it for about £170 from memory www.pixmania.co.uk
Aggs the old girl hasn't let me down before, it was the problem with the fan belt tensioner which caused the starter motor issue.
As for the gears aggs those are trade secrets

I like the way it comes out from behind the rear lights ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
When we finnaly get a new house & bigger garage, im deffo getting a 'Ring car'. My old TypeR was built up for it by the previous owner.
Ill probably get a 205, like the rest of you, as they do seem quite reliable.
In fact the only problem I EVER had on mine was the ignition module.

One of the reason I love the place. Knowledge is far more important than bhp.
Take a look at this link, the guys in the 170bhp Cougar can't quite belive that a 50bhp van is keeping up with them.
I also make a very special guest appearance chasing a new M3. He dived down the inside of me a little bit dangerously early in the lap. I drove round the out side of him going up Kessechen
He did not look impressed lol.
