Default Custom induction kit heat shields..

About to get some cardboard and make a template...

FMIC & Induction kit - would be good to see your efforts.

Alloy sheet with some rubber trim at the top I'm thinking... lets see em!

I am getting ready to fab up a heat shield. Going to be a pain to get around the FMIC pipes. Nice work on both cars. Wish I could get my hands on one of those to make a template.

You can just make mine out in this pic.
Not as neat as some of the others on here, but still very effective.
Even seperates the FMIC pipework from the air filter and with the rubber strip on the bonnet above the headlight removed, has a nice direct cold air feed. Bonnet also works as a lid for the box.
Even better, only cost me £10 to make

Yeah the older intake pipe makes it much easier. I need to get off my butt and get started on it.
