As posted on www.subaru-impreza.org
Quote " Arun and I went to the car wash yesterday as usual (have low height rear wing WRX) and plink the top of the bonnet scoop broke off (its a Milsport STI8 copy)
" Pretty poor glass fibre - waffer thin where the base joins the actual scoop - very poor moulding!!!!
there were some picture's but there not on now , for the money they should be better

My main gripe is that the screws that are prefitted into the fibreglass are easy to break free in the moulding, meaning they then turn freely. So if I was to take that scoop off again I'd have to cut one thread off to do it. But the moulding itself seems pretty solid.

It also seems to have a lot of wind noise, especially in a cross-wind.

I was looking at these STi8 scoops for my WRX, I chose to stick with the STi7 copy as I do prefer it on the bugeye. Please dont be offended, its personal choice of course

I've got the MRT scoop. Better quality than the Millsport one.

I think I saw your car at the SBO and talked to you about that front grille - C-West isn't it? Where did you get it - IIRC you said you imported it?
