Thanks for all the replies, glad I got this one and at £4995 I think I got it for a very good price seeing as similar ones in this week's Autotrader are ranging from 6-8k
The previous owner was a heating engineer so that may explain the copper pipe, not sure what the standard one is made from though.
The car may have been featured on here before as it came with a scoobynet sticker in the window.

I was very lucky to get in there and arrange to go and look at it as he had loads of people call up after trying to buy the car.
yam - Only mods are a thicker adjustable rear ARB, some polybushes, braided brake hoses and pagid pads, an Apex'i cone filter and a decat downpipe.
I'm not sure if the filter and downpipe give any extra power - anyone know?

If the car already has a decat down pipe forget the twindump. The twindump is a decat downpipe and it's quite possible your downpipe is just that and maybe not.
I'm serious when i say don't go booting it all over the place till you find out that the car is safe to run in it's present state. A knock link is a must when running an import with a decat. Also super unleaded only with octane booster.
Very nice BTW

would of beaten you to it if I didn't have to work
Enjoy it mate!

I'd be inclined to get it mapped on a power FC (more for safety on our fuel) Also do some research (search on here) regarding MAF testing and make sure it's ok (and check frequently)
