Can someone respray this lovely WR Blue STi in WR1 Ice Blue please?

Also, alloys need to be Silver

there are a few ways to do it. Easiest is prob to copy the entire pic and in this case create 2 further layers the exact same.
hide the background and layer 1 and then erase all the areas bar those you wish to change the colour of. From there use image>adjustment>colour balance / hue/saturation / brightness/contrast ect. to achieve the desired effect. In this instance that would be the wheels done so from there hide the layers again and erase everything bar any blue bodywork and fiddle withthe settings again.
Once you have done it once the above pic changes could be done in 15 mins or so. As has been said, some colours are easier to match than others.

Bit vulgar but you get the idea. This is what you need to do before making adjustments. (be a bit more intricate though.

It's amazing what you can do with a paint roller these days. I find the best type are the ones that are designed to go behind radiators, you can cover all the smaller delicate areas with those. The secret though is in the masking - I used almost two rolls of tape on Rusty's Scooby! :O
