I think if you spray them to match the body colour your in serious danger of them looking a bit of a saxo type bodge?

You can get the STI rears a bit cheaper if you keep an eye out.
I got the passenger side cluster for £35 from an SN'er and the drivers for £75 from Grade A.

So when you spray them Do you give them a light coat first, let dry, then 2nd coat etc...or just spray over one light coat altogether????????

Masking and patience. Use meths to properly clean the lens before spraying.

Give the whole unit a good clean and then mask the area. Make sure you're in a warm, dry and dust free environment and then give the lights a couple of light coats, 15 mins between each one. The darker you want to go, the more coats of paint you apply.

Sorry to hijack the thread a little :
Anyone who has taken their rear lights out, is there more fixings than the four nuts on the back. My original lights have some sealant round them and i'm not sure if thats what is still holding them in as they wont budge, or if there is more to it.
Also do the painted trims below the lights come off with the light or stay in situe.
All help appreciated (before i royally **** it up and break something)
P.S I'm changing mine for sti ones, bought off here
