Why not??

From what Si has said, they all got that big yellow tube stuck onto their intercoolers for the actual power run.. which, IMO, is waaaaaay more effective than letting the wee scoop try and do its thing.

Looks like a great day and there are some REALLY nice Scoobs flying around down there. Keep up the good work guys!!

Cheers,
Grant

All bonnets should really be open, they use the yellow tube to provide more air flow which is a safer way when running the car to it's max in a confined space.

Powerstation do all runs using two guys, one driving the other listening for det and keeping an eye on the engine,

Please bear in mind, one car suffered some det, and two had burst boast pipes, all three runs stopped. If the bonnet had been closed, no one would of known and the run's continued.

Keep your eye in the Welsh section at the bottom of the forum... we have regular meets off the M4 by Cardiff also a few others planned.
The Midlands gang will be meeting with us at Abergavenny in a few week as well.

Argghhh I reversed into a space in the supermarket carpark... backed the car slightly over a kerb and scrapped the one rear one underneath... this resulted in it hanging off as I did not fit them on well enough
Got home removed the lot in ten minutes so now I need to re-fit them properly at some point

Hi mate, pleased with the result, still a bit more tweaking to do. She did'nt run the boost its mapped for so know there's a little more to come yet.

The difference on the road however is amazing!!

....and yes i'm running an Exedy clutch which i'm told is good for 400/400.
