Strong is the force in me, yes. But seductive is the dark side and unable to resist its attraction I am.
So leave the world of Subaru ownership I have...

Enjoy the world of rear wheel drive and stonking great V8s I must...

be strong you must and your wallet must be well packed to run such a galaxy crushing weapon of the dark side.

Indicators?
But I thought BMWs just stayed in the right hand lane all the time...
It's, um, a bit quick. Lights the back tyres up in fourth in the dry coming off roundabouts if you're a bit heavy footed. Interesting the way that other people's behaviour has changed towards me on the road, too. But that's another thread...

PS I'll still be around for biking and NSR stuff.

Don't you ever have something useful or even vaguely constructive to say? If you have to be rude, fine - at least try to do it with some style or even imagination. Considering the kicking you got on another thread for being an idiot it might have been expected that you would have mended your ways. Especially after the grovelling apologies you ended up making.

Pipe and slippers in a 400bhp, 369 lb-ft, 5 litre V8 with a superb Motorsport heritage???
I DON'T THINK SO!!!!
I've always hankered after an M5, but the opportunity (and cash) has never arisen. A mate of mine had an E39 M5, but "serial programmed"......it did 175mph uphill!!
He's now got an E60 M5 (no speed limiter) and it's a fookin beast!!
I really do fancy and E39 and with prices now getting below £20K for a reasonable one, I may consider it in a year or so.
Different sort of car to the Scoobs, but in my opinion.....in a different league when you talk build quality and peerless performance.
If you can't get away from the whole modding thing though....check THIS LOT
For example!!![](http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y99/martyrobertsdj/M5FMIC.jpg)
Just watch out for that VANOS. I've done a bit of reading about blocked oil galleries, etc, etc. My mate recommended regular engine/oil flushes. If you trawl the internet, you will find all sorts of horror stories of $8000 repair bills, etc.
A "Scoobynet" for M5 owners......http://www.m5board.com/
Lovely car mate.......I just wish it was mine (but in Avus Blue)
