I finally picked up my 1991 series 1 legacy RS and its the bargain of the century

It has some of the following:

Apexi boost gauge
Apexi ammeter
FLamer kit
17" prodrive alloys
Impreza turbo interior
Ripspeed steering wheel
3" stainless steel exhaust finishing in a 5 or 6" letterbox style exhaust box
Big brakes

2.2 engine bored out to 2.4
big turbo
90k on the clock
sierra cosworth air filter
apexi dump valve
highlift cams
uprated pistons and con rods
and a few other things I havent found yet. All this work was done by McKinstry motorsport in the North

It had a full engine rebuild in 2004 by Mckinstry motorsport.
