Default What the flock

Got my pod flocked in black last week. The guy who did it also does the
dash's for prodrive, if it's good enough for prodrive its enough for me. If i can @rsed to remove dash then thats next.

£90 to do a dash + £12 postage(one way, you post to him or deliver in person)

He does loads of colours and a few lenths he says.

Yes quite a few miles, you could always post. Prodrive post them up and he posts back without any probs.

Did you buy my old shift lamp as I can't remember?

hi mate,

Shift light is spot on had no probs fitting. Had it on top of dash but was to bright at night. Nice piece of kit, the ra box is very close so it stops me hitting the rev limiter now

Looks well cool, now get your dash done too, my old car had it done from Japan only one I saw with a dash like it,

Cheers, i may get the dash done but not looking forward to taking it out. Saying that taking out is the easy bit putting it back is a pain. Lots of spare screws etc.

Birghtness can be adjusted but I want to see photos of the dash fitted.

Does it feel nice?

ah thought you might be able to adjust i was blind for a few seconds when i road tested in the dark

Feels very nice bit like velvet, not that i go round feeling velvet you understand.

Think i will pull the dash out while its off the road and get it done.

Would love to have my dash flocked, but im reluctant to remove it as its just so much agro

Have one of the pod fitted, dash was for prodrive. Not got around to having my dash done yet.

wonder how much a dash would cost to buy from a breakers, flock that, then install in car? Could then do the same to old dash out of car, and so on,

Sorry to bring the thread back on track but there was talk of Flocking dashes some time ago. A search might help

Frosts do a kit for DIY flocking.
I bought one ages ago but haven't got round to trying it yet
