Was only having a laugh as well re. the plate !!
must admitt it really adds the finishing touch to the mcrae edition very well, once seen the following plate advertised on a car :
?555RAE
looked well smart - wonder just how many 555 reg plate owners there actually are ?? its surprising just how many you see on the roads !!
anyway lovely car mate, hold onto it, cant be too many originals left now ?? wonder just how many there were originally produced - any idea ??
five hundred and fifty five by any chance ???!!!!

no 101.
Ive got all the original parts as it was pretty much standard when i bought it except for the prodrive spoiler & 16in 6 spoke wheels & full decat & pipercross panel filter & dumpvalve.
Picked up the low level spoiler off a mcrae & the safari wheels about a month after purchased, so if ever come to sell it i can put it back to original spec or leave it modded.
Currently putting out 256bhp & 220lbs, just fitted a suba chip a few weeks back so should be putting out a bit more now as well.

nice car, just noticed the numbered badge on yours is different to mine - is your badge original? mine doesnt have the bottom line of writing - 'subaru rally champions' etc
