just looking through your stuff, likewise 
just answered that question in another thread, my trusty 20D didn't make it to Redgate, looked a bit busy so headed off to Craners

I have paid good money for ones taken at trackdays in the past that IMHO are no better!

70-200 f2.8L IS shutter speed varies from event to event, only needed 200 on that occassion, have dropped down to something like 125 and down to 60 when i fancy a play with really blurred backgrounds
the mirored visor is my favourite too, i was crouched down talking to my mate in front of his car and saw the shot out of the corner of my eye
