NEW STi type R...PICS
HI ALL AGAIN, got another scooby now, here the quick spec
vf29 rollerbearing turbo
screamer pipe (external wastegate)
massive aps front mount
forged pistons
full rebuild
twin plate clutch - lightened flywheel
mostly built and mapped by andy forrest
apexi power fc and commander system
sti 9 engine bits
blow off valve, induction, cold air feed, decat, defi guages, uprated brakes, lightweight 18's etc etc etc too much other sh*t to remember lol
approx 350+bhp
will go on dyno soon and ill post exact power figures

Saw this on PH and was very tempted. The only thing that put me off was the attitude that seemed to come through from an email I received from the previous owner - first impression but it counts for a lot IMHO. Is it in as good condition as it appears?

Looks like the bonnet just hasn't been closed correctly in the 2nd pic - i.e. it still on the catch. He was probably taking some engine pics and didn't close it properly..............or it was rolled at 100mph and then pieced back together

lol...the bonnet latch was loose and it flung up while giving it a little, bonnet is dented up now, carbon fibre one on its way...will post more pics once its on

It looks very similar to the imola orange of my old S2000. It's funny how many keyboard heros would slag it based on internet pictures but then seriously revise their opinion when they see it in the flesh
