Default My new boosts! (Rims)

Finally got a half decent photo of my new wheels.
They only weigh 11.5KG each compared to my old 18' WRC-1's at 19KG each!
Still must get the colour-coding done and P1 splitter fitted.

Hope fellow scoobynetters approve!

Looks nice mate... but 19kg each for a WRC-1 rim.. are you sure? !!!!

Id say these were still quite heavy still at 11.5 kg each, an 18x8 speedline turini weighs in at 9.5kg each.

Sorry i was just quite supprised by these weights you posted.. nice wheel anyway mate. Great alternative if you dont fancy Advan RG2 money

Those weights include the tyres!
My rotas without tyres are 7.5kg.
Not sure on the wrc-1s.

Ah, i was quoting without rubber...

For a 17" rim, 7.5 Kg isnt too sad at all.

Toyo T1-S. I thought the guy said T1-R on the phone, but I have had these before and they're a blo*dy good tyre, so i'm not complaining.

Glad you like them Paul.
Just read that you have been spanking the credit card again.

Boost - Rare Rims

Usually cost £750 with tyres, but I got a Christmas discount. Cost me £600 in the end. Just mention the old scoobynet group buy and they may offer you the same deal!

Cheers m8. 'Steel grey' is the official colour.
I'm really starting to like these wheels now!

I love these rims. I'll prolly order a set for my New Age. All though I need 8x17" to clear the Brembos.
My STi is also red, and I've been thinking about Gun Metal, in my eyes that would look great since I have a couple of other black/dark details on the car.
