Hi Simon,

I assume they are the 18' Prodrive P-ff7's ?

I was looking at getting them wheels when i got my STI.I have the same colour and wasn't sure whether the wheels would stand out enough, was a bit concerned they would just 'blend in'.

They look the bong tho mate, brake calipers look good with them on!

What speakers did you put in,were they easy to fit ?

Cheers

Renny

Very nice. That second pic makes the PFF7's look like they have such a low offset, though they don't, which bugs me to no end. Just imagine if they were 18X8.5 +43.

There's me hoping i'd get away with a replacement head unit and custom speakers

I take it from the pictures you did it all yourself.I haven't the time nor the courage to do that i'm afraid - what sort of price would i be looking at for an ICE place to do the speakers and the cabling for me (if you don't mind me asking!).

Are the cables considered to be pants as well then ?!

Hi renny, the whole lot is pants a good system will cost £1500-£1800.00 inc vat and labour and all the right bits ,it all depends on how good you want it to sound.
we have done a few now and all are sold on the sound,my sales rep used to fit car ice in his last job so i have got him a few foreigners to do..

Question

Have you got some finished pics of the boot??

I used to have a huge install in my old MY99 Turbo but im not wanting all that weight in my new Sti when i eventually find one! ... like the idea of mounting my amps on tha back of seats/bracket things? also what focals did you use? I have some 165kx's but they caused problems in the old car with the windows...

Leon

VV nice, nice to see your playing with them already, never go cheap on your sound system, as you'll hate the sound from the end of the market
