Default Another Spec C

While everyone is suddenly starting to post up pics of their new Spec C's i thought id do the honourable thing and jump on the bandwagon so here goes

and before anyone asks yes the car is beached and stuck fast (had to be pulled out by a mitsi )

Yes as you can see the car sits very low on that pebble beach...........so much so that it was stuck fast and wasnt going anywhere.Tried the rocking motion to no avail it just dug deeper

Bring on the rescue commitee (yes i know its a Mitsubishi)

Time to start digging as even the 4X4 couldnt pull me out

So all in all a bit of a mixed day now it needs a damn good wash

LOL, was gonna say, I've got a spare set of alloys in the garage!

Looks great, in fact, if you hadn't sneeked in infront of me, I'd have bought that very car! Loving the WR blue too tho'! You going to make any 'improvements'?

The first improvement (day after i got it) was to do the black headlight mod,but i will be going full decat,3 port boost solenoid, panel filter, fuel pump and remap in the not too distant future then i think i will leave it for a bit (engine wise anyway) of course it needs new wheels and the front splitter fitting and im also going for a S202 rear wing

if you had a foot pump you could have let the tyres right down to about 4psi. it would have flew out then. then use the pump to put the air back in.

thats for the comments guys, the car is truly a minter and still no stone chips despite my stupidity. As for letting tyres down i think someone has been watching too much topgear the 4x4 mitsi couldnt budge the car with fully inflated tyres let alone flat ones it really was in too deep. The only way the mitsi pulled me out was by attaching a huge length of rope and reversing onto the road and pulling me out virtually sideways
Still happy ending no damage at all i even carried on with some more cosmetic mods tonight including the de-tango of the indicators front and rear, private numberplate and most importantly my 'Nurburgring' stickers

Don't bother with the boost solenoid if you're going full de-cat, you won't need it.

Thats why i was going for the 3 port purely on Bobs recomendation along with an uprated fuel pump,650's and a hybrid twinscroll but i cant afford to do much at the moment so its going to have to be V-power and NF for the moment till i save enough

Andy F told me not to bother and turned out to be right, my car had no problems holding boost with the full de-cat. You would probably need it if you're going further than just a de-cat and fuel pump tho'.
