Cool Lotus at Brands Hatch.

Well I had a great weekend at Brands Hatch along with the SELOC gang, went along in my mate Kev and his little red car

Managed to get a few pics of the weekend, you need a good camera for this distance stuff not the normal point and click like I have but I think they came out ok considering,

We were very impressed with Brands Hatch, a great circut with excellent viewing points and the food and drink was spot on as well

What's this then

and another..

White seems to work as well..

A good price tag...

My mate was there racing, yellow elises with the scotland flag on the bonnet. He didnt have a very good weekend compared to the rest of his season. I think he has finished 2nd in class b overall for the season. Which for somebody who drives from central scotland to each of the rounds including spa was a great result.

Mark !

TBH I think it's a car that you really need to drive to be able to make a call on, it's very involving and I was quite suprised when I had a go in one.

Was that the guy that took a trip into the gravel trap ? They said he had to drive the car back up to Scotland after the event.

Yes that was him. He had a few problems with the set up and handling at the weekend but he broke his record for the time it took to get home

Funny how something like that gets you even with the lack of reliability.

I agree, too easy for Rod Birley though!

The handicap races were exciting.
