i dont really know pal... they were on the car when i bought them, mind you i had to pay extra to keep them on the car grr...
its a jap brand.. and had a few garages give me the thumbs up on them (theres lotsa cheap knock-off china items in HK) ....

Hmm, if you ever get a chance and take one out let me know what they are mate, they look awesome! Had led side light bulbs in the past, and decent ones at that, but they still die.
