No no no, no turbo bonnet, because guess what? There's no turbo ! For a Sport mate that looks great, I wouldn't change anything externally really. Just keep as is and enjoy it, there's no point doing much else to a Sport. I used to have one and kept with some styling stuff, borla exhaust and decat, and I was very happy with it.

As 69 has said keep the bonnet smooth and I also agree a nice set of Anthracite alloys will finish it off well.

Very nice Sport you have there as they are so much better than Turbo in so many ways

I to have been told to get a turbo bonnet for my Sport, but I don't want to go down that route and besides it is much more 'clean' looking oh and the yanks love these scoopless hoods.

If you have not already been on ImprezaSport.Net, then you will be in for a surprise as there is another member with a silver classic like yours, well almost anyways.

Thats very nice mate.
i would def keep the sport bonnet, i went down the turbo bonnet route on mine and looking at it now, it looks much nicer without the scoop n vents.
if you havent touched the handling mods, thats where id start next! ARB, droplinks, sti shocks and springs, finished it off nicely for my sport
Oh and the borla makes it sound awesome

Why not stop modding this and save the money to get a turbo? Not having a go - just an idea

Muhaha, id love a turbo. Will be my next car. Im getting to that stage though where im saving for a mortgage first, guess I will just see the sport out. Only got 65k on it. Just cant make enough on selling these non-turbos anyhow.

Anyway. Thanks for looking again.

Looks good SetoN.
What does the interior look like though?
Maybe you could do a few modifications on the inside.

I think Darren (SCOO8Y_MAD) might have been reffering to me when he said about another car over on ISN that looked like yours pal

Here is my little baby

Very strange looking at your car, cos as you can see, ti looks almost identical to mine.

Keep with the smooth bonnet mate, cos has been said, it aint got a turbo so will ruin the whole idea, imo.

Looks nice tho mate (although i would say that) and get yourself across to .:ImprezaSport.net:. where all the non-turbo kids hang out, lol.

SetoN. That looks really nice. I have a Sport myself (ok it's a blobeye but hey) and that one looks lovely. I'd stick with the non-turbo bonnet. Why kid yourself and downgrade your car

put on whatever u like is my theory.

the it hasnt got dont fit thing has always been the legendary argument.
a lot of guys now have front mounts which means not a vast need for the scoop but they tend to keep the original lid.
some turbys have skirts, some dont...
some have big spoilers, some dont
im all for if u like, u fit...no matter how daft...its your motor.

i like the agressive look the bonnet vents/scoop give personally
im not so fussed on the power...you cant really use it at free will without risking mr chips catching you. had mi turbos...enjoyed...had mi na's enjoyed..
its always been bout the nice looks of them for me personally.

its what u want from the car i guess.
i feel too many people are bothered by what others think these days.

boooger it....gerrit how you like it

Cheers mate.

I do think i will have to sort out my door handles and finally get my springs on, looking at yours the handles really finish off the exterior.

Aint seen you about on ISN, whats your user name, the same as on here?
