Fire extinguishers?
Wheres everyone put theirs? quite fancy a couple in my classic just not sure where!

most people fit it to the front rails of the passanger seat with a flat bar from both front seat bolts

In the boot for me or on the sides of a roll cage if you have one think they look quite nice displayed like that.

Indeed they have, but id never before seen a bracket like what i had made on an impreza.
Only ever seen em bolted to the floor in front of the passenger seat, never had a purpose made bracket mounted to the seat fixings.

Seen the one that Frayz had made it a previous thread, so made myself a blatent rip off from stainless steel and painted it black

I dont mean to **** on your chips, but I made an alloy bracket for my BX 16v, which located a Halon extinguisher in that position, when it was new in 1991. I have a stainless (Brey Krausse) bracket which fits an extinguisher in a similar position in a Porsche 911/924-968 in my track day car now and theyve manufactured that for years and years and years...
Parallel evolution perhaps, but not a unique invention.
