Default Number plate for a hawkeye

I need some opinions here as I can't decide...

<--- view my scooby

Does the square plate look daft? I'm not sure if it makes the car look more like a hawk or a bit goofy

I was thinking of going back to the standard UK shape but it overhangs the number plate mount thing really badly and will eventually mark the front of the car.

A chance as in they aren't strictly legal? Where do you get them from anyway?

Personally, i prefer the square plate to the standard. As you said, the standard plate is far to big. I have changed mine over quite a few times and have ended upo with this.

I like that spoiler too, is it OEM?
On the front plate, I prefer a standard one but a trimmed version. I've cut almost two inches off either side and I think it looks spot on.

The spoiler is OEM in that it is a Subaru product but it is not standard on the Spec D unless you buy the JDM model... but then you get an inferior engine

Aye Micky will have to get someone to paint my callipers for me as my painting skills do not surpass a pot of Humbrol I'm afraid.

On the plate, I will look at these small plates but am apprehensive as the old bill are getting **** hot on plates due to all their number plate recognition technology they are introducing/using nowadays.
