Default Smaller Plate and De-Badged Grill

Well got the old toolkit out earlier bought myself some new plates and set about cutting them to size.

These should be legal as they conform in every sense, from font, font size, location of where plate was made along with postcode and correct spacing.

Anyway perfect fit now for the plate section on the front, amazing what a tiny change can do, really appeals to me and all I did was cut off a bit of plastic

Next on the agenda was debadging the grill, i've just done this now took me a few hours and cost me a massive £5! so I knew it was an expensive gamble to play with but i'm not sure I like it de-badged.

This isn't a photoshop it's simply with the normal grill and the debadged grill as you'll see some of the tools in the tool kit magically move between the pics...

It's a better end to the week as I had some idiot rear end the car in an Astra at a Zebra crossing, had it all checked out today and no damage other than few scratches, still i'll billing the bloke a fair amount.

I've done the same with my plate, looks tons better but still legal.

I'm in the process of debadging my spare grille, i've cut the badge off and sanded it down but i've still got two large holes where the plastic was fastned. What filler did you use? Any close up pics?

Did mine with normal easy sand car body filler. Sanded down with fine grade wet & dry then sprayed.

I quite like the look of that, surprising how much more aggressive it makes it look.
