wheels for a claisic

i have a silver clasic and i just cant find any wheels that are doing it for me at the moment could yous nice people post some pics for me so i can get some ideas cheers steven

The ST2s supplied by Prodrive had an offset of 52 (could be 53 - too cold to go and check!) and inserts in the stud holes to allow the oe wheel nuts to be used.
48s fit but stick out a bit more and change the steering feel. I seem to remember that Pete Croney preferred the feel of the 48s but I was never sure whether that was just down to the fact that the only wheels he supplied were 48s. Offsets of >48 are hard to find in aftermarket wheels.
Either way they really do suit the Classic shape better than any other wheel I've seen.

Thanks for that explanation. I presumed the wider would be better, oh well.

I only bought the wheels around 3 months ago, brand new. I was so lucky, I searched the net and rang every company under the sun with no joy. Then found a company in Manchester who had a set in one of their store rooms from years ago, they'd been forgotten and were no longer on their systems. lucky git stevo looked everywhere for some 17" st2s got them in 16"s but yours look spot on defo best wheels for the classic i got some oldskool speedline 2110s on now olds-cool

lucky git stevo looked everywhere for some 17" st2s got them in 16"s but yours look spot on defo best wheels for the classic i got some oldskool speedline 2110s on now olds-cool
