Got a set of gold
MY01 alloys on my silver MY98 wagon and am mulling over getting them painted graphite or a similar dark grey colour.
Once I've washed off the bird crap off the car, I'll post a couple of decent picture to let the Photoshop-Ninjas do their job

This is my old MY00 fitted with anthracite 17" Raceline RL7s - I think they look really good - I've got 18" Prodrive OZ's in anthracite on my new car![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Now thats what I call a set of alloys!, they are super.
I am considering buying a set for my WR Blue Wagon, I think they'd look great! I'll use my standard ones for slicks.
Where and how much for those and how much for tyres?
Are you happy with them? Do you notice a difference under driving?
Paul

Reidy
Mine are the 'official' Prodrive OZ wheels, fitted with Pzero's. Wheels are fine - the ride is quite firm, but then what do you expect on 18" wheels, low profile tyres and lowered springs?![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
From your dealer - expect to pay lots - around £1800 with tyres. However, you can get non-Prodrive OZ versions that are almost the same and cheaper. I was lucky, I bought my car with these already fitted .
Tyre wise, steer clear of Pzeros - not impressed really. Grip level is OK in the dry, but they are not great in the wet and they do suffer from tramlining.
I'll be fitting Toyos / SO3s or F1s next time.
Cheers
Chris
BTW - athracite is the best colour

Hello,
I bought mine second hand from some lucky P1 owner who upgraded to 18's, so they only cost me £500 with 2 good tyres![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I do know however that the wheels themselves are about £200 each from your subaru dealer, and you are talking about £100-£150 per tyre
, but I'm sure there will be somewhere that sells them cheaper, there always is!
Before I put these on my car I had baby 15's. The handling of the car now is night and day! It's fantastic!
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Crawford
