Default Old Owner New Scoob

Been away for a couple of Years but back with a STi Type UK, It needs Claying and some Maguire's but will be clean soon enough. Here are some Pictures of My old My99 and the New STi we picked up last week.

Old My99:

Our New STi Type UK

I'm looking for Wheels 18's to be precise, I have found some Inovit Sparkles but am in 2 minds and unclear weather the'll go over the Brembos:

after that it will just be a 30mm Drop and some Flaps along with a Stereo upgrade.

Its good to be back in an Impreza after afew years away.

Stayed Dry today so out came the Quick Clay, then the Maguires 3 step system.

The Clay bar is Ruined the paint surface was that contaminated with crap the bar is now Black and in the Bin, some areas could do with doing again though. Still happy with the results today..........

Nice car, not too dissimilar to mine. I had silver wheels too before I powder coated them black.

One of the cheapest and best styling mods for the hawkeye is the HT Autos front splitter. Makes the front of the car look lower and more aggressive.

Not sure on your choice of wheels.

2 very nice and clean scoobies. Love the new wheels, with the drop (and some red flaps) they'll look spot-on

Thanks all,

Will be a month or 2 before I can get the wheels being that time of year, I'm still waiting for a reply from the supplier as to weather they will go over the Brembo's (Fingers crossed), I am still a big fan of the Tarmac wheels that I put on the Classic, even though they have been done to death on Scoobs there is something about them that Just fits. Looking at the HT Auto's front Splitter also as Mikkel pointed out.

JonMC, I take it you are RAF or Ex?

Current, on a 2-week break from Kandahar at the moment. Did just over 2 years at Lyneham (2001-2004) before going to Iraq and still have a good friend in Bradenstoke
