Paul, welcome.

In order to take your car to 350BHP take your time and ask alot of questions. You may receive conflicting advice also so try and keep a balanced mind.

And you'll also need a spare stash of cash.

And above all if anyone tries to sell you anything on here just make sure they can be trusted.

There has been a few scammers on here lately leaving some very disappointed Scoobynetters.

Enjoy the car though mate - your view of cars will never be the same again.

tidy motor. as said you will hear this and that, take advice from people with/had previously the same model as you that have actually tried and tested the mods first. and when buying from other members, wherever possible, meet halfway.......if the cost of what your buying does not warrant the fuel, buy new. that said there is a lot of trustworthy members on here. btw. welcome to SN.

Hi Paul ,Welcome to the Subaru fold. My last classic was modified with a newage sti intercooler, bonnet scoop and underscoop,Vf35 turbo, uprated fuel pump and plugs and a 3 port boost solenoid. The car has to be remapped for these mods. Once this is done the car is a very quick road car and a great drive. I hope you,ve got deep pocket,s . Steve.

It wouldnt hurt to let someone in-the-know to have a look over it for you. It'll help spot any hidden gremlins that may need sorting before causing futher problems and will put your mind at rest.
