My car currently
When I had my car LPG converted earlier in the year I knew I would be keeping it for a good while so I thought I would tweak the suspension a bit.
I already had BC's fitted after the originals failed last year so a few bits were ordered
I've always fancied some white wheels too so I thought why not and a set of Inovit Redlines were ordered along with some vredestein ultrac sessantas.
Everything arrived last week and I got them all fitted and set up this weekend.
The car feels great now, not that it awful before but it feels like its on rails since yesterday. The tyres need scrubbing in but I'm on a 300 mile round trip drive for work tomorrow so that should do it nicely.
Thanks to Mags for sorting the wheels out mate, top service.
Thanks to Chris at CDF, even responding to PM's at 10pm, great stuff. It's a shame your bits aren't really visible.
And thanks to Alex and Graham at X Spec for bolting it all on and setting it up.

Thanks guys
Racked up 300 miles today, over 100 on country lanes and the handling is superb. It's amazing how much speed can be carried through the corners, it's so flat but the suspension isn't harsh.
And the cost of fuel for a great day out? Just under £40, LPG rocks!

Ok here;s the pics
You can see the new ecu to the left (with the purple bit on), flash lube bottom left, injectors are mounted on top of the manifold, vaporiser is top right but you can't really see it.
This is the only change to the interior, there is a small button next to the fog light switches. It has 5 lights, top one is red or green depending on if it is on gas (green) or petrol (red). The other four tell you the fuel level. When the tank is running on reserve the last one flashes, its quite a subtle flash and isn't distracting. Its not the best gauge to be honest the reserve lasts as long as the other four lights are on. It could do with being re calibrated really but I tend to use the odometer as a more accurate measure. I can do around 175 miles on the tank. There is also a button in the middle so that I can switch LPG off and run just on petrol if I want.
This a 55L tank but to allow expansion I can only get around 48L in. I could of had a larger tank fitted accross the back seat but I use the through load facility quite a bit so that wasn't an option for me. Likewise a tank in the wheel well would have restricted my access to this.
The filler cap, I could of had this in the metal work but I decided to have it in the bumper.
Any questions let me know.

What sort of power loss do you get from the LPG. Used to drive a converted Astra van, wasnt great for the country roads (1.6 petrol van with almost nothing in it, yes I ragged it, and yes it had Environment Agency written on the side) but when you got on the motorway, flipped the switch and kept below 70, it didnt do too badly.
When do you use the LPG - town running?

I use LPG all the time, the car runs really well on it, it does switch back to petrol if the revs rise above 4k or with sustained heavy acceleration. I believe this is due to fuel supply as there is no fuel pump, it relies on the pressure of the tank. Other than this you would be hard pushed to tell what fuel the car is running on.
As part of the conversion the guys mapped the LPG whilst on the road rather than being a generic map for the car so I think this helps with how it runs.
