all i do is try to keep off boost as much as i can so try and keep below 2500 rpm when on a run always use either shell v power or tesco 99 but be sensible about it dont go into 5th at 30 as they dont like it much and will push more fuel in to keep it going they are good cars but remeber its never going to give you deisel economy and enjoy it

erm well thats a boost controller i couldnt tell you if what youve done will harm it but someone will on here i cant see it being a problem if your turning it down (anti clockwise) only a problem if you turn it up(clock wise) if it doesnt have a decent set up then i would leave it as is .It cant be running serious power as you still have the top mount intercooler on it but what would help you get the info you need is if you put your cars total spec up in the technical forum and ask them the question and someone will tell you how far to go

you could save yourself loads of cash by being more like rapid! he very rarely goes into the boost as he doesnt go far enough and usually his car is filled with 95ron normal unleaded and never sees the needle above the point where its going to run out he swears by it! lol anyway nice car mate and welcome
